Several Inditex employees from various countries and positions are followed in their day-to-day work life, some in meetings, working in a store, walking around the headquarters, supervising IT systems, talking to each other amicably. Meanwhile, we can hear the voice-over of an employee saying, ‘You have to be very fast, very flexible, and you have to deal with many situations at the same time. Always with the same spirit, the spirit to understand, to learn everyday something different, quite open, quite friendly with the people, so I think they're amazing’. We see videos of various employees walking through different cities of the world on their way to their jobs and sequences of Inditex's computer systems, while a voice-over says, ‘In the IT department, we give technological support to all the businesses of the company. Most of the time you can't see us, but we are there’. An employee walks through the offices with computers and store plans on the tables, while his voice-over says, ‘And what we do, basically, is develop all the Zara stores worldwide’. An employee speaks in a studio with a neutral background and we continue to see sequences of other employees standing at a table, and an employee going over plans, while the employee's voice-over says, ‘Sustainability in Inditex is built into our business plan; we are just one more piece in the way the business is run’. We see various shots of the Systems department, a store and a meeting at headquarters, while a voice-over says, ‘I don't need constant motivation but I want to feel I'm growing; I could come up with new ideas, and for that this company is perfect. Because you need to be up to date at an international level. You're not by yourself, or with just your team; it's you and the rest of the world and you need to move at the same speed the world does, so you move with it’.
