We see several images of hands opening the zipper of a case, sewing a shirt on a machine, a brush being dipped into watercolours and hands placing a tape measure on a piece of cloth. There are various shots of employees spreading several pieces of fabric on a table, reviewing fabric types and materials on racks, and examining small fabric samples on a table. An Inditex employee sitting in a photography studio with a neutral background says, ‘If you want to be part of the Inditex family, first and foremost, I think you have to be as creative as possible’. Several images of different employees walking through different cities where they live and work appear. We see several shots, some fabric samples in a sample book, and an employee drawing with watercolours who says, ‘When you start here they teach you the basics but you learn by doing’. Another Inditex employee sitting in a photography studio with a neutral background says, ‘There is not really a normal day here, because we are working on many things at the same time. We have to choose prints, then we have to choose fabrics and different qualities to develop the different prototypes we would like to do’, while we see images of various employees in different departments going over fabrics, garments and other materials related to tailoring. Another Inditex employee says, ‘Inditex is like a rollercoaster— it goes so fast, but it’s fun’, while images of various digital design systems for garments can be seen: a graphic tablet, a monitor, a plotter. While we see several video shots of employees in different departments choosing and deciding on styles in front of a computer, a model, racks and a table with photographs, an Inditex employee says, ‘Time goes by really fast. You have a deadline and need to adjust to timings, but at the end of the day, it is what makes you grow and give more of yourself, and keep searching for new pictures, and check out what’s next, what's trendy and what you could create’. An Inditex employee says, ‘Travel is really important to us, especially in the design department. To see other cultures, to see people on the streets, other countries...’, while various shots of people working on the selection of fabrics, textures and materials follow one another. An Inditex employee says, ‘You’ll be on the street and see a woman with your garment, and you're filled with emotion’, while we see several shots of employees working on the production and design of a garment, one employee on a sewing machine, another drawing a design, several placing the garment on a mannequin and deciding on the design. Two employees examine a leather jacket on a mannequin, and another employee sitting in a photography studio with a neutral background says, ‘The chance to see your creation, your design on real women, it's great, it's really a good moment’. An employee sitting in the photo studio says, ‘The fact that they trust you, it makes you want to do it well; you think that if they trust you, it's because you can really do it’. Several images are interspersed: one employee looks over a piece cloth with a magnifying glass, another draws on a table. A group of employees check several girls' garments that are strewn on the floor. Meanwhile a voice-over of another employee says, ‘There's no way you can run a project or do anything without a proper team, and building those relationships within your team’. An employee in the photography studio with the neutral background says, ‘It's the place to meet people from all over the world’. An employee sitting in the same photography studio says, ‘Everyday you are creating, working with new ideas, involved in new projects, and that’s the best thing that could happen to any creative type’, while interspersing images of various employees from different departments can be seen. There are several shots of the employees appearing in the video; it then fades to black with the text ‘Inditexcareers.com’.

We love what we do

We create, innovate and reinvent ourselves. Only with humility can we see what needs to be improved so we can continue evolving.

Analytical ability, instinct, insight and empathy enable product teams to capture the latest trends.

Angel

Designer

Our designers research the trends that will define and mark each season and apply all their creativity to translate them into different collections. In order to do so, they select the fabrics, the colours and the finishings, contributing new ideas. They prepare the technical data sheets, and coordinate with the Pattern Making teams for the creation of the first prototype and garment fittings.

Belinda

Buyer

Our buyers turn designers' ideas into reality. They are responsible for launching and monitoring production and for researching and negotiating with suppliers. In addition, they are responsible for supervising each phase of the process, from the idea and manufacture to the arrival of the garment in store.

Xue

Product manager

Product managers are the link between designers, buyers and shops. They adapt our collections to the needs of each country so that our customers always have the product they’re looking for. They are in charge of market analysis and transmit feedback from stores to the product teams so that this information can be incorporated into later collections.
