Job Overview:

As Visual Merchandiser you will be a part of a diverse and inclusive fast pace environment and you are going to be one of the key persons that represents the brand image. Our Visual Merchandisers have a keen eye for detail and ability to translate sales figures into commercial displays. They understand the needs of the store in terms of product and ensure that we have the best merchandise available for our customers. The sale is going well because of your merchandising skills.

Furthermore:

• The first thing that you do in the morning is to start with the in-store Visual Merchandising and you ensure an optimal presentation of the latest fashion items.
• You deal with styling and combining different collections on theme, color, materials and lines, of course within our frameworks and guidelines.
• During the morning meeting you inform the team about the new items in the store.
• You are up-to-date with the latest trends and greatest designers, so you understand the idea behind our collections.
• You put the final touches and you analyze the sales figures when the store almost opens.
• You continue to renew and adjust your plan for the best renewal of the store presentation.
• You are commercially minded and you always try to improve the store performance.
• You assist where necessary in additional tasks and you support your colleagues on the shop floor.

Requirements:

• A graduation in a fashion related education or study
• Experience in fashion/retail
• Knowledge of the most trendy designers and continuous awareness of the latest trends
• A full-time and flexible availability, both during the week as on weekend days
• Interested in working in a dynamic environment with a big workload, this what gives you energy!
• Commercial insight and creatively skilled
• A great sense of responsibility and efficient organizing skills

Functieoverzicht:

Als Visual Merchandiser maak je deel uit van een diverse en inclusieve omgeving met een hoog tempo en ga je een van de belangrijkste personen zijn die het merkimago vertegenwoordigt. Onze Visual Merchandisers hebben een scherp oog voor detail en het vermogen om verkoopcijfers te vertalen naar commerciële displays. Ze begrijpen de behoeften van de winkel op het gebied van product en zorgen ervoor dat we de beste merchandise beschikbaar hebben voor onze klanten. De verkoop loopt goed door jouw merchandisingvaardigheden.

Verder:

• Het eerste wat je 's ochtends doet is beginnen met de in-store Visual Merchandising en je zorgt voor een optimale presentatie van de laatste mode items.
• Je houdt je bezig met het stylen en combineren van verschillende collecties op thema, kleur, materialen en belijning, uiteraard binnen onze kaders en richtlijnen.
• Tijdens de ochtendmeeting informeer je het team over de nieuwe items in de winkel.
• Je bent op de hoogte van de laatste trends en grootste ontwerpers, dus je begrijpt de gedachte achter onze collecties.
• Je zet de laatste puntjes op de i en je analyseert de verkoopcijfers als de winkel bijna open is.
• Je blijft vernieuwen en je plan bijstellen voor de beste vernieuwing van de winkelpresentatie.
• Je bent commercieel ingesteld en je probeert steeds de winkelperformance te verbeteren.
• Je assisteert waar nodig bij bijkomende taken en je ondersteunt je collega's op de winkelvloer.

Eisen:

• Afgestudeerd in een mode gerelateerde opleiding of studie
• Ervaring in de mode/retail
• Kennis van de meest trendy ontwerpers en continue op de hoogte van de laatste trends
• Een fulltime en flexibele beschikbaarheid, zowel doordeweeks als in het weekend
• Interesse in werken in een dynamische omgeving met een grote werkdruk, hier krijg je energie van!
• Commercieel inzicht en creatief vaardig
• Een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en efficiënt organisatietalent
