We are looking for: BERSHKA AREA HR MANAGER

WORKPLACE: Zagreb, Croatia


JOB DESCRIPTION: 

  • Reporting to the HR Director
  • Directly responsible for Bershka in Croatia - Supervising Store Managers and helping with decision-making in all areas;
  • Collaboration with HR managers of other 7 countries of the Adria region – Slovenia, Serbia, Albania, Republic of North Macedonia, Montenegro, Kosovo and Bosnia and Herzegovina
  • Definition and monitoring of budgeted hours and productivity
  • Analysis of HR KPIs: rotation, absenteeism, etc.
  • Store coverage, holiday planning, tracking and controlling of store hours
  • Management of employee contracts/annexes
  • Selection, training, development of employees
  • Evaluations and development talks with employees
  • Monitoring employee relations and resolving personal matters
  • Budget planning and projection
  • Knowledge of the Labor Law, salary system and H&S standards for all 8 countries
  • Implementation of corporate projects
  • Follow-up on all store procedures and policies;
  • Providing special support to new openings;
  • Coordinating accurate information flow between corporate headquarters and the stores.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 1 year of HR management experience
  • Advanced English language skills are mandatory
  • Communication skills and organizational abilities
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Positive attitude and team spirit
  • Proactivity and openness to new approaches and ways of working
  • Understanding and ease of use of technology
  • Knowledge of MS Office
  • Ability to adapt in unforeseen situations
  • Flexibility to travel
  • Knowledge of Spanish is an advantage
