We are looking for an intern for the legal department, with a particular interest in employment law, who would like to gain experience
Who we are
The Inditex group is one of the world's largest clothing retailers. In Belgium, Inditex is present with over 100 stores and seven brands: Zara, Pull&Bear, Massimo Dutti, Bershka, Stradivarius, Oysho and Zara Home.
Some of your missions
- Follow-up of various employment law files (personnel files, recruitment, compensation and benefits, working hours, ...) ;
- Collective labor relations (follow-up and preparation of various works councils, CPPT and union delegation meetings, learning how these types of meetings work in practice, ...) ;
- Workplace well-being (legal issues relating to health and safety, psychosocial risks in the workplace, etc.).
The internship (unpaid) will take place within the framework of an internship agreement. The duration can be mutually discussed, but is a minimum of one month and a maximum of three months.
How we imagine you
Would you like to immerse yourself in the world of employment law, gain additional knowledge and experience, and find out what the corporate sector has to offer?
Are you a motivated, dynamic and positive person?
Do you have a perfect command of French and Dutch, and a good knowledge of English?
Do you have a good legal profile (methodical, rigorous, conscientious, dynamic, good ability to analyze legal documents) and the necessary computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)?
Yes ? Then you could be the ideal trainee for our Legal Department!
Study requirements
Must be a law student (master's student).
