A DEPUTY MANAGER

We are currently looking for a manager for our store in Budapest. 

Representing the Massimo Dutti brand means more than just doing your daily tasks. The Massimo Dutti team members are brand ambassadors, whether it's their high level of product knowledge, outstanding customer service or the quality of their day-to-day communication.

English language skills and organisational/leadership skills are important requirements for this position.


The prospective new recruit must be extremely open to learning the product range, knowledge of materials, accurate precise product placement, folding. Our customers require a lot of exhaustive help and are open to professional advice.

Your tasks:


- Adherence to basic coordination rules, maintaining the image prescribed by the brand
- Independently take commercial decisions
- Ensuring customer service in the store in accordance with the Sales Code and leading by example.
- Organising meetings, continuous training for the team and maintaining motivation
- Monitoring HR KPIs: ratio, productivity, hourly budget
- H&S: Ensuring good working conditions in all areas of the business. Compliance and enforcement of accident prevention rules with the team. Communicate with the responsible parties in case of an accident at work.
