DO SOMETHING AMAZING EVERY DAY - What you will do:
• Personnel Cost Management: Develop proposals for HR budgeting and cost control.
• Strategy and Reporting: Support line managers in strategic developments and provide insightful feedback on P&L results.
• Data Analysis: Analyse HR KPIs and identify areas for improvement, proposing optimal solutions.
• Organization & Processes: Take responsibility for headcount planning, variance analysis, and forecasting.
• Compensation & Benefits: Manage salary and bonus packages and ensure competitive compensation offerings.
• Project Management: Lead specific HR projects and ensure efficient execution.
• Continuous Development: Take care of your own development and that of others by staying up-to-date with the latest HR controlling trends.
HOW WE IMAGINE YOU - What sets you apart:
• Strong analytical and organizational skills to understand and optimize complex processes.
• Proactive and result-oriented, with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to negotiate with senior management.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and knowledge of HR and controlling software.
• Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make quick decisions in challenging situations.
• A team player with the ability to work autonomously, always focused on improvement and optimization.
• A broad knowledge of HR processes and a willingness to continuously learn.
