We see both exterior and interior shots of the stores of the Inditex group’s different brands, until an employee appears in front of a white background. Meanwhile, a voice-over says, “I have built some of my closest relationships, some of my best friends have come from this company, and I think there's something about the people who stay, and the people who grow in this company, that have helped it move and grow to where it is right now.” We can see shots of different cities around the world; in some, employees on the street or public transport appear. New York, London and Barcelona are recognizable thanks to their metros, taxis and buildings. Now we hear another employee while we see various employees performing store tasks: “Everyday you have something to do. You have a lot of merchandise coming, new items.” Another employee continues talking. “The morning is the most important time of the day, whether it's placing product orders or the Morning Meeting, it sets the tone so we have to start the day right.” As images of employees walking down the street follow one another, another employee says, “You start the day, and you plan, and you do your floor move, and you do a strategy.” We see two women putting clothes on a mannequin. Another employee appears and says, “Combining all that in the morning is quite exciting, and then seeing your end result for getting ready to open the store.” We continue to see shots of employees in different stores, as well as on the street or on public transport. An employee says, “For me, I think that the goal of speaking to a customer is to help them out.” Various employees are still seen performing store tasks such as arranging products or receiving merchandise. We also see different employees interacting with each other in a friendly way. Over these images we can hear an employee say, “You're selling a high-quality design, that has a lot of care put into it. You have a lot of contact with the customer. When you're helping them, talking with them, you get to know them, and when they come back, it feels good.” As we continue to see shots of stores and staff working, an employee says, “I like making people feel good about themselves in their clothing, and I'm honest to a fault when it comes to that. This way, it opens up the dialogue for them to talk to me tell me what they're looking for.” We continue to see employees working in stores, and now also in the stockrooms. We can hear the voice-over of an employee say, “You get to do everything, you're not focusing on one certain area.” Another says, “You do learn stuff everyday. You have to be very quick with your feet, also with your mind.” We can still see shots of the stores, employees working in them, and also in the back room. An employee says, “I think that's what people don't realize about what we do. It's much more than folding clothes and saying hello to customers— we're running a real business.” We can see various employees in the stores talking among themselves in a very friendly and relaxed way, while an employee's voice-over says, “It is very demanding, but if you like fashion and you like a fast-paced environment, I think it's the job for you.” We can see shots of different stores closing the shutters, and cities at night. It goes to black and “inditexcareers” can be read on the screen.
