HOW WE IMAGINE YOU - What Sets You Apart

As an HR Project Coordinator, you will play a key role within the HR People department, contributing to the implementation of HR initiatives, enhancing internal communication, promoting employer branding, and coordinating the Changemakers network involved in sustainability and D&I projects. You will work closely with other departments (HR brands, Communication, Commercial directors, etc.) to ensure the success of these initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: A background in HR, internal communication, or CSR-related projects (internships/apprenticeships included).
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, communication platforms, and social media. Familiarity with CSR and sustainability is a plus.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication in NL, FR, and ENG, excellent organizational and creative thinking abilities, and the talent to inspire and engage teams.


DO SOMETHING AMAZING EVERY DAY - What You Will Do

Your main responsibilities include:

  • HR Project Implementation: Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and training programs while supporting process improvements to enhance employee experiences.
  • Internal Communication: Develop and distribute communication materials such as newsletters and intranet updates, ensuring employees stay informed and engaged.
  • Employer Branding: Help position the company as an employer of choice by creating content for social media, career sites, and job fairs, as well as organizing events that highlight company culture.
  • Changemakers Network Coordination: Manage the internal sustainability ambassadors, facilitate workshops, and encourage CSR-related initiatives aligned with company goals.
  • Operational Support: Provide hands-on support to HR teams, address employee inquiries regarding policies and processes, and assist in organizing internal events and training sessions.
