What we expect from you
As a Department Manager, your main mission is to fulfill the commercial strategy while maintaining an attractive image adapted to the customer.
Control stock and manage section to achieve sales targets
Conduct commercial analysis and lead the execution of actions needed
Supervise and organize the teams in their section to execute commercial tasks in the most productive way for the store
Review new items, place them and mark store/stockroom rotations
Supervise the product replenishment
Oversee the merchandising, image and furniture to ensure standards
Ensure customer service standards are met and incidents resolved
Responsible of minimizing shrinkage
Develop, acknowledge and provide constructive feedback for the evolution of teams
Responsible of compliance with regulations on occupational risk prevention, and health and safety at work.
