ZARA Pitt Street - Casual Sales Assistant (Temporary)

Are you fashion forward and passionate about customer service? We are recruiting for Casual Sales Assistants for our Pitt Street store!

This is a temporary position for the time between June and the beginning of July 2021 starting immediately. (Successful candidates must have flexible availability throughout this time)

As a ZARA Sales Assistant, you are the direct link between the product and our customer. You work with the rhythm of the fashion industry and at ZARA, this means constant change. As a Sales Assistant, you understand trends, know how to advise our customers and are an integral part in shaping the company’s growth.

We are seeking individuals who are passionate about fashion and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You should enjoy interacting with customers and providing exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with all customers and provide assistance as required
• Provide exceptional customer service when working on the shop floor, fitting room and/or cashier desk
• Maintain the visual standards of the store and represent the image of the brand
• Assist with the processing of stock deliveries and shop floor replenishment

Skills and Experience

• At least 2 years’ experience in customer service
• Ability to multitask in a busy setting
• Efficient cash handling & POS experience
• Flexible availability to work throughout the week and weekends
