How we imagine you
As junior manager, you understand the collection in your department, provide detailed analysis to managers about the products in the collection and the sales figures. You are responsible for Visual Merchandising in your department, either together with a Visual Merchandiser or alone. You support the managers in recruiting, training, planning and motivating the staff in your department. You motivate and guide your team and take product-related decisions to achieve maximum profitability.
What we expect from you
You are a born people manager with a high dose of dynamism and organisational mindset.
Relevant managerial experience within fashion and/or Retail
Understand the latest fashion trends and identify with the brand
Product knowledge and knowledge of your target
Commercial attitude
A flexible attitude and a hands-on mindset
Full-time availability (part-time not possible)
Stress resistance and ability to work under pressure
