For our store Massimo Dutti in Slovenia (Ljubljana) we are currently searching for: STORE ASSISTANT MANAGER.

Store assistant manager should recruit, organize people and work in store so they can be the most efficient and productive in their work.

Duties:

- takes over responsibility for all sections and store overall,

- personnel management,

- communication with head office,

- customer attention.

Experience and qualifications:

- commercial awareness,

- leadership skills,

- flexibility and problem solving ability,

- ability to lead by example, motivate and develop the team,

- organizational and communicational skills with an emphasis on rapid decisionmaking and the ability to set priorities,

- at least six months of previous experience in a managerial position,

- fluent English.
